The DNP requires at least 1,000 post-bachelor's hours tied to your project, and the RN-to-BSN includes a 100-hour capstone in NURS 4300. No practicum registration happens without an approved Meditrek application. Your preceptor signs off your hours there, so the nomination has to clear before you start.
CastleBranch (myCB)
Compliance runs through CastleBranch, and the document set is state and site specific. Many Alabama sites add their own immunization, background, or drug-screen items, so we map the exact list to your placement.
Affiliation agreement

Telehealth visits can sometimes count toward your hours when your preceptor supervises them directly and your specialty and site allow it, but telehealth does not replace a physical clinical placement.
