Where we draw the line
Some requests we decline, every time, because they would put your license and your degree at risk:
- No hours you did not work. Every hour in Meditrek has to match time you actually spent at the site. We plan hours and keep records clean; we never manufacture them.
- No sign-offs without supervision. A preceptor signs because they supervised you. We will not arrange a signature without a real working relationship behind it.
- No routes around Walden. The Office of Field Experience approves every preceptor, site, and agreement. We prepare submissions. We do not go around the university.
- No credential stretching. If a preceptor does not meet your course requirements, we keep searching. We do not dress up a near-miss and hope review misses it.

Do you talk to Walden on my behalf?
No. Your nomination goes through your own Meditrek account and the university's decision is final. We prepare everything around that submission so it clears review the first time, and we help you respond quickly if the Office of Field Experience asks for more.
What if my preceptor drops mid-course?
